BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RE" (Residential Estates) District, so that there will be transferred from District A to District RE, a tract of land described as follows:
Description:
A 3.01 ± acre tract of land generally located ¼ ± of a mile west of Middleton Road on the west side of Stonehaus Drive and specifically described as:
Commencing from the Northwest corner of Southwest quarter of Section 25, Township 48, Range 31, Jackson County, Missouri; thence South 02 degrees 19 minutes 20 seconds West, along the West line of said Southwest quarter a distance of 1128.50 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence South 88 degrees 00 minutes 15 seconds East a distance of 386.00 feet; thence North 02 degrees 19 minutes 20 seconds East a distance of 75.00 feet; thence South 87 degrees 40 minutes 40 seconds East a distance of 150.00 feet; thence South 52 degrees 34 minutes 48 seconds East a distance of 310.93 feet to a point on the Northerly Right of Way line of STONEHAUS DRIVE as now established; thence South 78 degrees 35 minutes 57 seconds West along said Northerly Right of Way line of STONEHAUS DRIVE, a distance of 67.28 feet to a point of curvature; thence along a curve to the Left of said Right of Way, said curve having a radius of 325.00 feet, a central angle of 19 degrees 52 minutes 18 seconds, an arc length of 112.72 feet; thence North 87 degrees 40 minutes 40 seconds West along the North line...
