BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RE" (Residential Estates) District, so that there will be transferred from District A to District RE, a tract of land described as follows:
Description:
The 9 ± acres are generally located 1/4 + mile east of Truman Road on the south side of Oakland School Road and specifically described as a part of the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 10, Township 49, Range 30, Jackson County, Missouri, more particularly described as:
Description: Commencing at the northeast corner of the northwest quarter of said Section 10; thence north 88?35'18" west along the north line of the northwest quarter, 60.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence south 01?55'01" west, 673.37 feet; thence north 88?35'18" west, 187.50 feet; thence north 01?55'01" east, 330.37 feet; thence north 88?35'18" west, 448.21 feet; thence north 01?55'01" east, 343.00 feet to a point on the north line of said northwest quarter; thence south 88?35'18" east along the north line of said northwest quarter, 635.71 feet to the Point of Beginning. Containing 6.42 acres, more or less.
