Body
WHEREAS, the Medical Examiner's office is in need of surface parking for employees at its new facility; and,
WHEREAS, Children's Mercy Hospital has agreed to provide five parking spaces to the office for a nominal consideration of $5 per year; and,
WHEREAS, the attached Net License Agreement provides a suitable mechanism by which to implement this arrangement; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the County Executive be and hereby is authorized to execute the attached Net License Agreement with Children's Mercy Hospital...Attorney
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
