WHEREAS, it has become necessary, in connection with the Johnson/Jackson County Line Road Bridge, Tract No. 1, No. 2341, to cause certain damage to the property of certain property owners, Billy R. and Anita G. Rhea, in the amount of $2,280.00; and,
WHEREAS, the owners have agreed to settle the claim for damages in consideration of the total payment of $2,280.00; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Director of the Department of Finance issue a check in the amount of $2,280.00 in the name of Billy R. and Anita G. Rhea, and that the check be delivered to the Department of Public Works, Kaye Merkle, Engineering Division, for appropriate disposition...Attorney
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
