WHEREAS, the Missouri Department of Public Safety has awarded the Prosecuting Attorney's office a grant in the amount of $20,000.00 to cover its Victim Services Volunteer Program; and,

WHEREAS, said grant is subject to a $7,006.00 local match; now therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be made from the 1995 Grant Fund:
