BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:

Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RE" (Residential Estates) District, so that there will be transferred from District A to District RE, a tract of land described as follows:
Description:

The 3 ± acres are located at the northwest corner of Tyer Road and Dillingham Road and specifically described as:

All of the South 396 feet of the East 330 feet (containing 3.000 acres more or less) of the following described tract: all of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 49, Range 30, in Jackson County, Missouri, except the West 26.4 feet thereof and except that part in road. SAVE AND EXCEPT: the West 470 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 49, Range 30, in Jackson County, Missouri except the North 330 feet and the West 26.4 feet thereof and except that part in road, consisting of ten acres more or less. SAVE AND EXCEPT: the North 330 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 49, Range 30, in Jackson County, Missouri, except the West 26.4 feet thereof, and except that part in road, consisting of ten acres more or less. Subject to all easements, restrictions and reservations apparent of record, aka 3822 S. Dillingham Road.
