WHEREAS, the Purchasing Director has solicited formal written bids on Electronic Solicitation No. BB200215 for the furnishing of law enforcement supplies and ammunition for use by the Sheriff's, Parks and Recreation, and Corrections Departments; and,
WHEREAS, following evaluation of the bids submitted, the Purchasing Director recommends that the contract be divided and awarded to the vendors submitting the lowest bid for each item; and,
WHEREAS, award as recommended would result in estimated awards to the following vendors:

Gil Hebard Guns $30,000.00

ECPI $10,000.00
Kansas City, KS
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that award be made as recommended by the Purchasing Director, and that the Purchasing Director be, and is hereby, authorized to execute for the County any documents necessary to the accomplishment of the award; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of the Department of Finance is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the contract, to the extent sufficient appropriations to the using spending agencies have heretofore been made in the current Jackson County ...
