IN THE COUNTY LEGISLATURE OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI Title A RESOLUTION declaring one Schonstedt Locator Model GA52C, Serial #37723, as surplus, and authoriz ng its disposal by way of a trade-in. Intro RESOLUTION #10899, July 10, 1995 INTRODUCED BY Victor E. Callahan, County Legislator Body WHEREAS, by Requisition 15020000005 dated June 19, 1995, the Public Works Department requested the purchase of a new CST Magna Trak 100 Locator from Accutech Instruments, Inc., of North Kansas Cit , MO; and, WHEREAS, due to this purchase, the Public Works Department now has a Schonstedt Locator Model GA52 , Serial #37723, that has become excess property; and, WHEREAS, the Jackson County Purchasing Director has determined that this property's surplus; and, WHEREAS, the Director of Purchasing recommends that the surplus locator be used as a trade-in for redit against the purchase price of a CST Magna Trak 100 Locator; therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Director of Purchas ng is hereby authorized to dispose of the surplus property by way of a trade-in against the CST Ma na Trak 100 Locator from Accutech Instruments, Inc., of North Kansas City, MO. Attorney Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of he Legislature.
