Body
WHEREAS, Central Kansas City Mental Health Services (CKCMHS) has submitted a proposal for funding in 1995 for a substance abuse treatment program providing comprehensive substance abuse treatment services to inmates of the Jackson County Detention Center from the Anti-Drug Sales Tax Trust Fund, in the amount of $198,000; and,

WHEREAS, the Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fiscal Commission has reviewed said proposal; therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Chair of the Fiscal Commission is hereby authorized to enter into the attached agreement, a copy of which is incorporated herein by reference, with CKCMHS; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Manager of the Division of Finance is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the agreement... Attorney Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
