AN ORDINANCE enacting Chapter 54, Jackson County Code, 1984, relating to the erection, construction, enlargement, alteration, repair, moving, removal, demolition, conversion, occupancy, equipment, use, height, area, and maintenance of buildings and structures in the unincorporated area of Jackson County and providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor, with a penalty provision and an effective date, consisting of seven sections, to be known as sections 5400.,5401., 5402., 5403., 5404., 5405., and 5406., and repealing subsections 8160.5 through 8160.14 and subsection 8160.18 of section 8160. of the Code.
