Body
WHEREAS, the Purchasing Director has solicited formal written proposals on Request for Proposals No. 2-00 for the award of a license to provide concessions services at the Frank White, Jr., and 140th and Holmes Blue River Softball Complexes; and,
WHEREAS, the only bid received was from J. E. Gross of Blue Springs, MO, in the amount of $2,500.00 per month; and,
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation has advised that award be made to J. E. Gross of Blue Springs, MO, for the reason that it has submitted the highest and best bid; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that a license to provide concessions services at the Frank White, Jr., and 140th and Holmes Blue River Softball Complexes is awarded to J. E. Gross of Blue Springs, MO, for a monthly fee payable to the County in the amount of $2,500.00; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Purchasing Director be and hereby is authorized to execute any documents necessary to the accomplishment of the award.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
