Body
WHEREAS, the Family Court Division desires to purchase a vehicle for program services, as authorized under the Division's existing Juvenile Court Diversion Grant; and,
WHEREAS, the Division of Youth Services, which approved the Juvenile Court Diversion Grant has approved this reallocation of funds for the purchase of a vehicle; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to place the funds required for this purchase in the proper spending account; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 2024 Grant Fund:
