Body
WHEREAS, by Ordinance 3817, dated September 25, 2006, the Legislature did approve the issuance of Jackson County, Missouri, Public Building Corporation Leasehold Improvement Revenue Bonds for the purpose of funding certain road and bridge projects; and,
WHEREAS, a portion of the proceeds of the bonds authorized by Ordinance 3817 has been allocated to the City of Raytown, in an amount not to exceed $1,200,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, the attached Cooperative Agreement sets out the conditions for the use of bond funds for the City of Raytown CURS projects; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri that the County Executive be and hereby is authorized to execute the attached Cooperative Agreement with the City of Raytown, MO, on behalf of the County.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
