BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District, the "LB" (Local Business) District, and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District, so that there will be transferred from District A and District LB to District RR a tract of land described as follows:
Description: A 13 ± acre tract generally located 1/4 of a mile west of Twyman Road on the north side of Blue Mills Road and specifically described as:

All that part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 50, Range 31, Jackson County, Missouri, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 14; thence along the West line of said Quarter Quarter Section, North 02 degrees, 19 minutes, 46 seconds East, 1321.04 feet to the Northwest corner thereof; thence along the North line of said Quarter Quarter Section, South 88 degrees, 12 minutes, 15 seconds East, 663.2 feet to the Northwest corner of the East Half of said Quarter Quarter Section; thence continuing along the North line of said Quarter Quarter Section, South 88 degrees, 12 minutes, 15 seconds East, 165.0 feet (deed = 10 poles), to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing along the North line of said Quarter Quarter Section, South 88 degrees, 12 minutes, 15 seconds East, 498.2 feet to the Northeast corner thereof, said point being the Southwest corner of Lot 2, REPLAT OF GOLDEN ESTATES, a subdivision in said County and State; the...
