BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RE" (Residential Estates) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RE a tract of land described as follows:
Description:

A 7.4 ± acre tract of land generally located at the northwest corner of Corn Road and Colbern Road and more specifically:

All that part of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 26, Township 48 North, Range 30 West, in Jackson County, Missouri, described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said quarter quarter section; thence South 89 degrees 29 minutes 41 seconds East along the South line of said quarter quarter section a distance of 712.10 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing South 89 degrees 29 minutes 41 seconds East along the South line of said quarter quarter section a distance of 389.90 feet to the Southwest corner of a tract of land conveyed by Warranty Deed under Document No. I-205958, in book I-582 at Page 1350; thence North 00 degrees 30 minutes 19 seconds East (Deed = North 0 degrees 10 minutes East) a distance of 420.00 feet to the Northwest corner of said tract; thence South 89 degrees 29 minutes 41 seconds East along the North line of said tract a distance of 210.11 feet (Deed = 210 feet) to the Northeast corner of said tract; thence North 00 degrees 29 minutes 56 seconds East (Deed = North 0 degrees 10 minutes East) along the East line of said quarter quarter section a distance of 266.87 feet...
