BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:

Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District, so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR, a tract of land described as follows:

The 21.5 ± acres are generally located 1/4 of a mile west of Buckner Tarsney Road on the north side of Burgess Road and specifically described as:

All that part of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 34, Township 50, Range 30, in Jackson County, Missouri, described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest Corner of said Quarter Section: Thence North 89?32'21" East, along the South line of said Half Quarter Section, a distance of 556.00 feet to the Point of Beginning of the tract of land herein described; Thence North 00?37'10" West, along a line running parallel with the West line of said Half Quarter Section, a distance of 1221.00 feet; Thence North 89?32'21" East, along a line running parallel with the South line of said Half Quarter Section, a distance of 373.87 feet; Thence South 00?31'57" East, along a line 382.00 feet West of, as measured normal to, and running parallel with the East line of said Half Quarter Section, a distance of 122100 feet to a point on the South line of said Half Quarter Section; Thence South 89?32'21" West, along the said South line, a distance of 372.02 feet to the Point of Beginning a...
