RE: EXECUTIVE ORDER 06-07, APPOINTMENT TO THE
BOARD OF EQUALIZATION
By the above-referenced Executive Order, the County Executive, on April 12, 2006, appointed Marilyn M. Shapiro to the Board of Equalization to fill a term expiring on December 31, 2009. In researching this board's current members and terms, this office has determined that the term to which Ms. Shapiro was appointed was incorrect. Her correct term will expire on December 31, 2008. We have prepared a corrected Executive Order which remedies this error and would appreciate your distributing it to the members of the County Legislature.
