Body
WHEREAS, the First United Pentecostal Church, Inc., is engaged in the development of a tract of land at 10400 View High Drive, Kansas City, MO, and a sanitary sewer is necessary to provide sanitary services to the development project; and,

WHEREAS, the First United Pentecostal Church, Inc., has requested a permanent sewer easement and a temporary construction easement on property located within the boundaries of the Little Blue Trace Park, as more fully described in the attached proposed easement; and,

WHEREAS, for this easement, the church has agreed to pay a fee at the standard rate as set by the Director of Parks and Recreation, amounting to $1,155.20; and,

WHEREAS, the Director has determined that the permanent and temporary easements will have no adverse effect to the park property and recognizes the public necessity of the development's sanitary sewer system; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the attached easements are hereby approved and that the County Executive is hereby authorized to execute the easements on behalf of the County.

Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
