INTRODUCED BY Henry C. Rizzo, County Legislator

 

 

Body

WHEREAS, the County has certain personal property within the Sheriff's Department, further described in the list attached hereto marked as Exhibit "A", that has become excess to the County's needs; and,

 

WHEREAS, the Director of Purchasing recommends that said property be declared surplus; now therefore,

 

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the personal property within the Sheriff's Department, further described in the list attached hereto marked as Exhibit "A", be declared surplus, and that the Director of Purchasing be and hereby is authorized to dispose of it pursuant to Chapter 11, Jackson County Code, 1984.

 

 

Enacted and Approved

Effective Date:  This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
