BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RE" (Residential Estates) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RE a tract of land described as follows:
Description: A 3 ± acre tract generally located 1/4 of a mile west of Old Atherton Road on the north side of Union School Road and is specifically described:
A tract of land in the SW 1/4 of Section 15, Township 50 North, Range 31 West, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the NE corner of said 1/4 section; thence N87?25"11"W along the North line of said 1/4 section, a distance of 664.90 feet to the Point of Beginning, said Point being the Northeast corner of the W ½ of NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of said Section; thence S02?14"56"W along the East line of said W ½ a distance of 50.00 feet to a point, said point being on the proposed South right-of-way line of Courtney Atherton Road; thence S02?14'56"W continuing along said East line, a distance of 521.22 feet to a point being 750.00 feet N 02?14'56"E of the Southeast corner of the W ½ of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of said Section 18; thence N87?39"40"W parallel with the South line of said 1/4 1/4 Section, a distance of 150.00 feet; thence N02?14'56"E parallel with the East line of the W ½ of said 1/4 1/4 Section, a distance of 210.00 feet; thence N87?25'11"W parallel with the North line of the SW 1/4 of said Section 18, a distance of 168.19 feet; thence N02?14'56"E parallel with the East line of ...
