Body
WHEREAS, a transfer within the 2001 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund is necessary to cover lease expenses for the Judge Mason and Assessment Centers; and,

WHEREAS, the City of Kansas City, which has provided these funds pursuant to a local law enforcement block grant and Cooperative Agreement with the County authorized by Ordinance 3055 dated August 7, 2000, has approved this transfer of grant funds; and,

WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends said transfer; now therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be and hereby is made within the 2001 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund:
