WHEREAS, a transfer within the 1997 General Fund is necessary to cover the costs of two full-time Information Specialist positions being transferred from Facilities Management Department to the Collection Department; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 1997 General Fund:
