Body
WHEREAS, the County and the City of Lone Jack, desire to enter into an agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, whereunder the City of Lone Jack agrees to lease and assume the responsibilities of the Jackson County Civil War Museum, the adjoining cemetery and all land associated with the County owned Lone Jack Park; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the agreement is hereby approved and that the County Executive is hereby authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of the County.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
