BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District, so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR, a tract of land described as follows:
Description:

The 5.6 ± acres is less than ½ mile east of Bynum road on the south side of Bynum Spur Road and specifically described as:

A tract of land being located in the northwest 1/4 of the northeast 1/4 of section 18 township 47 north range 29 west of the 5th principal meridian. Commencing at the North 1/4 corner of aforesaid section 18-47-29; thence with the north line of said section, S88?02'50"E, 60.00' to the Point of Beginning; thence leaving said point of beginning S02?31'49"W, 665.22'; thence S88?02'50"E, 367.27' to the east top of bank of Sni-A-Bar Creek as established by the existing fence line; thence with said east top of bank, N02?38'53"E, 82.13'; thence N01?41'30"E; S83.06' to a point on the north line of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 section 18-47-29; thence with said section line N88?02'50"W, 358.91' back to the Point of Beginning and containing 241,937.30 sq. ft. or 5.55 acres. Subject to any road Rights-of-Way and easements as may now be established, aka 36407 E. Bynum Spur Road.
