Body
WHEREAS, by Resolution 18079, Resolution 18078, and Resolution 18080, dated January 28, 2013, the Legislature did authorize the execution of agreements with certain outside agencies which engage in anti-drug prevention and treatment and/or anti-violent crime activities and purposes, through December 31, 2013; and,

WHEREAS, the Jackson County Drug Commission has recommended that the County Executive be authorized to extend for an additional four months, through April 30, 2014, the existing agreements of the outside agencies listed below, engaged in prevention and treatment anti-drug and/or violent crime initiatives, at no additional cost to the County:
