Body
WHEREAS, Transmute Media LLC provides web hosting and related services for COMBAT in 2005; and,
WHEREAS, due to an oversight or miscommunication among County staff, no contract was ever executed authorizing compensation for these services; and,
WHEREAS, said services were in the best interest of the health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of Jackson County, Missouri, and should be compensated; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Director of Finance and Purchasing is authorized to issue a check to Transmute Media, LLC, in the amount of $3,000.00 for web hosting and related services for COMBAT.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
