WHEREAS, a transfer within the 2001 Special Road and Bridge Fund is necessary to cover design costs for the replacement of two one-lane bridges for the Austerman & Atherton-Sibley Replacement Projects, Nos. 2451 and 2452; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 2001 Special Road and Bridge Fund:

Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
