Body
WHEREAS, the Assessment Department has a need to purchase carpet for its offices in the downtown Kansas City Courthouse using surplus funds from the 2013 budget; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to place the necessary funds in the proper spending accounts; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends this transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 2013 Assessment Fund:
