Body
WHEREAS, it has become necessary, in connection with the Hillside School Road Project, Tract No. 1, Project No. 2327, to acquire a right-of-way over, and to cause certain damage to, the property of certain property owners, Edwin L. and Mona D. Thompson, in the amount of $810.00; and,
WHEREAS, the owners have agreed to convey said right-of-way, and to settle the claim for damages and has executed conveyances in favor of the County in consideration of the total payment of $810.00; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Director of the Department of Finance issue a check in the amount of $810.00 in the name of Edwin L. and Mona D. Thompson, and that the check be delivered to the Department of Public Works, Kaye Merkle, Engineering Division, for appropriate disposition.

Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
