WHEREAS, the Purchasing Director has solicited formal written proposals on Request for Proposals No. 37-95 for the furnishing of concessions services for use by the Parks and Recreation Department
at the Adair Park Softball Complex; and,

WHEREAS, he has received as the only two proposals thereon the following:

BIDDER (Monthly/Season Total)

J. E. Gross Concessions $1,525/$10,675 Blue Springs, MO

Mr. Steak No. 202 $1,300/$9,100 Independence, MO

and,

WHEREAS, the Purchasing Director has recommended that award be made to J. E. Gross Concessions of Blue Springs, MO, for the reason that its is the highest and best bid; therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri that the award be made as recommended by the Purchasing Director, and that the Purchasing Director be, and is hereby, authorized to execute for the County any documents necessary to the accomplishment of the award.
Attorney Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of he Legislature.
