Body
WHEREAS, the Jackson County Legislature desires to hold a closed meeting on Monday, September 20, 2004, during the regularly scheduled meeting of the Legislature; and,
WHEREAS, public notice of such closed meeting has been given to appropriate parties by inclusion of this Resolution on the regular agenda of this meeting; and,
WHEREAS, such closed meeting is allowable under Section 610.021(1) (3) and (17) of the Revised Statutes of Missouri; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Legislature be authorized to hold a closed meeting during the regularly scheduled meeting of the Legislature on Monday, September 20, 2004 to discuss issues under Section 610.021(1) (3) and (17) of the Revised Statutes of Missouri.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
