WHEREAS, the Director of the Public Works Department has recommended that due to changing traffic patterns and updated traffic engineering studies, it is necessary to adjust the Traffic Code; and,
WHEREAS, said adjustments, as reflected in the attached Schedule II and Schedule III, are in the best interests of the citizens of the County; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, as follows:
Section A. Enacting Clause. Schedule II and Schedule III, Chapter 52, Jackson County Code, 1984, is hereby repealed and two new schedules enacted in lieu thereof, to be known as Schedule II and Schedule III, to read as follows:

INTERSECTION STOPS
In accordance with the provisions of Section 5225.2 of this Code, traffic at the following intersections shall be required to stop when signs giving notice of that requirement are erected.
