WHEREAS, by Ordinance 3900, dated May 14, 2007, the Legislature did approve the Family Court Division's "Parenting Separately" grant, received from the Office of State Courts Administrator; and,
WHEREAS, the Family Court Division and the Office of the State Courts Administrator now desire to extend the ending date for the use of the grant funds to June 30, 2009, at no additional cost to the County; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the extension to June 30, 2009, for the Family Court Division's "Parenting Separately" grant awarded by the Office of State Courts Administrator be and hereby is approved.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
