IN THE COUNTY LEGISLATURE OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI Title AN ORDINANCE extending the time by which the County Executive shall submit the fiscal year 1999 budget until December 15, 1998. Intro ORDINANCE #2868, November 10, 1998 INTRODUCED BY Victor E. Callahan, County Legislator Body WHEREAS, Section 530. of the Jackson County Code, 1984, requires the County Executive to submit the recommended budget for fiscal year 1999 by November 15, 1998; and, WHEREAS, the County Executive has requested the date for submission of the recommended budget be extended to December 15, 1998, to allow additional time for finalizing and printing the recommended budget; therefore, BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the time by which the County Executive shall submit the recommended budget for fiscal year 1999 to the Legislature be and hereby is extended until December 15, 1998. Attorney Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its signature by the County Executive.
