Body
WHEREAS, Diane Euston is an alumna of Grandview High School and received her degree in Communications from Avila University; and,
WHEREAS, she went on to pursue her Masters of Education in Teaching and Learning from Avila University, and is currently working on her Masters in History through Missouri State University; and,
WHEREAS, Diane Euston has been teaching English, history and journalism at Grandview High School for over 11 years; and,
WHEREAS, through teaching, Diane inspires students to think critically, tell meaningful stories, and find their voice; and,
WHEREAS, her passion for education, commitment to excellence, and dedication to building strong relationships with students have made a lasting impact on the Grandview community; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that the Jackson County Legislature congratulates Diane on this impressive achievement and thanks her for all she does to better the lives of her students.

Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
