BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR a tract of land described as follows:
A 11.8 + acre tract of land generally located at the Southwest corner of Mo Route FF (Truman Road) and Fields Road and being described as follows: The East 11.83 acres of the North 25 acres of the NE 1/4 of Section 13, Township 49, Range 30 except that part in roadway: beginning at the NE corner of Section 13, Township 49, Range 30 in Jackson County, Missouri; thence South 01 degrees, 07 minutes, 05 seconds West, 817.40 feet along the East line of said Section 13; thence North 88 degrees, 52 minutes, 55 seconds West, 692.02 feet; thence North 01 degree, 07 minutes, 05 seconds East, 816.61 feet to a point on the North line of said Section 13; thence South 88 degrees, 57 minutes, 15 seconds East, 629.02 feet to the point of beginning of description.


Section 2. The Legislature, pursuant to the application of Norma Goodman (RZ-96-030), requesting the amendment embodied in this ordinance and with notice that the Jackson County Plan Commission favorably recommended this application in a public hearing on June 20, 1996, does adopt this ordinance pursuant to the Jackson County Charter authorizing the Legislature to exercise legislative power pertaining to planning and zoning...Attorney
