WHEREAS, by Resolution 17505, dated February 14, 2011, the Legislature did authorize the execution of an agreement for anti-drug prevention services provided by Guadalupe Center, Inc., at a cost to the County not to exceed $52,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, due to an administrative error, Resolution 17505 was drafted with erroneous fiscal information, which must be corrected; and,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the County Executive be and hereby is authorized to execute an agreement with Guadalupe Center, Inc., in the amount of $52,000.00, in a form to be approved by the County Counselor; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution 17505, dated February 14, 2011, be and hereby is rescinded.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
