Body
WHEREAS, by Resolutions 17810 and 17809, dated January 30, 2012, the Legislature did authorize the execution of agreements for certain outside agencies providing anti-drug prevention and treatment activities and purposes; and,
WHEREAS, during the budget process, funds for two of the COMBAT agencies were placed into budget accounts which would not allow for the proper oversight and administration in accordance with County procedures and COMBAT mission and goals; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer within the 2012 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund is necessary to place the funding allocation for these agencies in the appropriate accounts; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfers be made within the 2012 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund:
