WHEREAS, the Purchasing Director has recommended that award be made to Carter Waters Co. of Kansas City, MO, for the reason that it has submitted the lowest and best bid as set forth in the attached analysis; therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that award be made as recommended by the Purchasing Director, and that the Purchasing Director be, and is hereby, authorized to execute for the County any documents necessary to the accomplishment of the award; and,
