Body
WHEREAS, due to administrative delays, the Cities of Oak Grove and Lee's Summit's did not submit their final billings for the funds due the on their 2001 DARE contracts until after the Finance Department had closed its books for 2001; and,

WHEREAS, a reappropriation is now necessary so that these unpaid 2001 funds can be restored to the 2002 budget and paid over to the cities; and,

WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends this reapportion as an amendment to her proposed 2002 annual budget; now therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following reappropriation be and hereby is made:
