Body
WHEREAS, the Economic Development Department's cooperative advertising campaign is a program through which participating communities contribute resources which are combined with those of the County for advertising design, placement, and related services; and,
WHEREAS, those agencies and municipalities desiring to participate in this program are the Economic Development Corporation of Kansas City, Independence Council for Economic Development, Lee's Summit Economic Development Council, City of Blue Springs Department of Economic Development, Grandview Area Economic Development Council, City of Sugar Creek, City of Buckner, and Grain Valley Economic Development Council; and,
WHEREAS, funding for the cooperative advertising campaign shall be in the following amounts:
Economic Development Corporation of Kansas City $5,000.00
Independence Council for Economic Development $5,000.00
Lee's Summit Economic Development Council $5,000.00
City of Blue Springs Department of Economic Development $3,000.00
Grandview Area Economic Development Council $3,000.00
City of Sugar Creek $1,500.00
City of Buckner $1,500.00
Grain Valley Economic Development Council $1,500.00
and,
