BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RE" (Residential Estates) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RE a tract of land described as follows:
Description: The 157 ± acres is generally located 3/4 of a mile west of Alley-Jackson Road on the south side of Easley Road and north of U.S. Highway 50 and specifically described as:
All that part of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 16, Township 47, Range 30, in Jackson County, Missouri, lying North of U.S. Highway 50, described as follows: Thence South 1?17'26" West, a distance of 1854.89 feet along the East line of said East half to a point on the North right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 50; Thence North 67?57'52" West along said right-of-way line, a distance of 1408.12 feet to a point on the West line of said East Half; Thence North 1?22'18" East along said West line, a distance of 1311.92 feet to the Northwest Corner of said East Half; Thence North 89?21'56" East, a distance of 1315.71 feet to the Point of Beginning; and that part of the West ½ of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 16, Township 47, Range 30, lying North of U.S. Highway No. 50 as now established; AND the West ½ of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 9, Township 47, Range 30, lying South and East of Easley Road as now established.
