Body
WHEREAS, by Resolution 15622, dated September 6, 2005, the County Legislature did authorize the County Executive to execute an Agreement with ClientServ for the furnishing of software services in the amount of $58,800.00; and,
WHEREAS, because the Agreement wasn't fully executed until September 22, 2005 and the grant expired on September 30, 2005, ClientServ did not provide any services to the County until September 2005; and,
WHEREAS, an Addendum is necessary to replace the expired grant funds and complete the services described in the Agreement; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri that the County Executive be and hereby is authorized to execute an Addendum to Agreement with ClientServ Corporation of Apex, North Carolina, for the furnishing of software services for the Prosecuting Attorney Office's Deferred Prosecution - Drug Court Program at a cost to the County not to exceed $8,520.00; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Manager of Finance is authorized to make all payments on the contract including the final payment thereon.

Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
