Body
WHEREAS, two officers assigned to the Jackson County Drug Task Force have been transferred back to their home police departments and have been replaced by two employees whose salaries are allocated from the other contractual services line item; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer within the Task Force's budget is necessary to cover these costs; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends the transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 2010 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund be and hereby is made:
