Body
WHEREAS, by Resolution 17511, dated February 22, 2011, the Legislature did authorize the allocation of one-half of the budgeted Anti-Drug Sales Tax funds for the Sheriff's Office's 2011 Drug Abuse Resistance Education (DARE) program, and;

WHEREAS, the COMBAT Administration now recommends that the remaining balance of $46,703.00 in the Sheriff's Office's Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund be transferred to its 2011 DARE program; and,

WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; now therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 2011 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund:
