Body
WHEREAS, Dustin Robinson, son of Wesley and Sandra Robinson and brother to Melissa Guillotte, is a senior at Raytown South High School and has earned the designation as a member of the 2007 Missouri Scholars 100 program; and,

WHEREAS, the Missouri Scholars 100 is a statewide program honoring 100 of Missouri's top academic students based upon the student's grade point average, ACT or SAT score, class rank, school attendance, advanced course load, and school activities; and,

WHEREAS, Dustin is an active student at Raytown South High School where he is a member of National Honor Society and Orchestra, and is involved in Young Life and WyldLife, a junior high mentoring program; and,

WHEREAS, in addition to earning designations in Who's Who Among American High School Students, the Missouri Scholars Academy, as a Commended Student of the National Merit Scholarship program, and first place in the 2007 Kansas City Region MSPE/ASCE Bridge Building Competition, Dustin has earned a 4.0 grade point average, a class rank of 1 out of 342, and an ACT score of 33; and,

WHEREAS, Dustin is an active community member who has donated his time and talents to the Run for Excellence, the Elephant Run, the Raytown C-2 District, the Swope Park Wetland Trail Reinforcement project, Peace Lutheran Church, Spring Valley Baptist Church, Heartland Presbyterian Church, River Community Center, Bickford House Retirement Home, Raytown Emergency Assistance program, Scouting for Food, Community Blood Center, Grace Assembly Church, and the River Church; and,

WHEREAS, Dustin's future plans are to attend the University of Missouri to seek a degree in Mechanical Engineering; now therefore,
