Body
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RE" (Residential Estates) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RE a tract of land described as follows:
Description: A 5 ± acre tract of land generally located 3/4 of a mile south of US Highway 50 on the east side of Harris Road and specifically described as:

All that part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 18, Township 47, Range 30, situated in Jackson County, Missouri and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Quarter Section (fnd. Alum. Mon.); thence North 02°07'33" East along the West line of said Quarter Section a distance of 398.65 feet; thence South 89°49'34" East a distance of 20.01 feet to a point on the East right-of-way line of Harris Road as now established, said point being the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 02°07'33" East along said right-of-way line 20 feet East of and parallel with the West line of said Quarter Section a distance of 332.47 feet; thence South 89°49'34" East a distance of 636.77 feet; thence South02°07'33" West parallel with said Quarter Section line and right-of-way line a distance of 332.47 feet; thence North 89°49'34" West a distance of 636.77 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, aka 12605 Harris Road.
