BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:

Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District, so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR, a tract of land described as follows:

Description: The 14 ± acres are approximately 1/2 ± mile south of Colbern Road Extension on the east side of Missouri F Highway (Outer Belt Road) and specifically described as that part of the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 33, Township 48, Range 29 in Jackson County, Missouri described as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of the northwest quarter of said section; thence south 0 degrees, 00 minutes, 00 seconds east, 2000.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence south 88 degrees, 46 minutes, 47 seconds east, 1093.10 feet; thence south 23 degrees, 43 minutes, 47 seconds west, 704.97 feet to a point on the south line of said quarter section; thence north 89 degrees, 46 minutes, 47 seconds west, along the south line of said quarter section, 809.47 feet to the west line of said quarter section; thence north 0 degrees, 00 minutes, 00 seconds west, 646.46 feet along the west line of said quarter section to the point of beginning aka 10203 S. Outer Belt Road.

Section 2. The Jackson County Plan Commission, on July 21, 2005 held a public hearing and accepted testimony pertaining to the change of zoning requested by Michael Ballantyne. ...
