AN ORDINANCE appropriating $12,000.00 from the unappropriated surplus of the 1996 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund to cover certain additional organizations which engage in community crime prevention activities for the purpose of preventing illegal drug use and drug related offenses at a total cost to the County not to exceed $12,000.00.

BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be made from the 1996 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund to cover certain additional organizations which engage in community crime prevention activities for the purpose of preventing illegal drug use and drug related offenses as follows:
