Body

WHEREAS, the Sheriff's Office  has surplus county personal property, as described below, that has become excess to the County's needs:

One (1) Model Year 2002 Harley Davidson Road King Motorcycle, Model FLHPI, 1HD1FHW142Y657470

One (1) Model Year 2002 Harley Davidson Road King Motorcycle, Model FLHPI, 1HD1FHW112Y657703

One (1) Model Year 2002 Harley Davidson Road King Motorcycle, Model FLHPI, 1HD1FHW1X2Y700855

One (1) Model Year 2002 Harley Davidson Road King Motorcycle, Model FLHPI, 1HD1FHW1X2Y601467

 

and,

 

 

WHEREAS, pursuant to §1134., Jackson County  Code, 1984, the Purchasing Director has requested that he be authorized to dispose of said property by way of trade-in on new 2004 model motorcycles; therefore,

 

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the above-described personal property is declared surplus and that the Purchasing Director hereby authorized to dispose of the property by way of trade-in.

 

 

Enacted and Approved

Effective Date:  This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
